A bug with details you would rather not post, a security report, a licence or invoice question, or a feature you would pay for. Pro licences get an answer within one working day.

- The Postalion version, the WordPress version and the PHP version. All three are on Postalion → Settings, at the bottom.
- For sending trouble: the line from Postalion → Logs for the email that failed, and whether you use the built-in SMTP or a mail plugin.
- For a form that does not show: the page builder or theme, and whether the shortcode works on a plain page.
- For anything odd: what you clicked, what you expected, what happened instead. A screenshot is worth a paragraph.

If you found a way to make Postalion do something it should not, please use the form with "A security report" selected, or write to me@alexgurghis.com, and give us a few days before writing about it publicly. Reports are answered the same day where possible, and fixes ship as a point release with your name in the changelog if you want it there.
